2006 Labor Day Celebration! | September 4, 2007 | WOW! What a huge success! Thanks to all the cooks, entertainers, and especially the horsemen! Thanks to Ron Mahon and Debbie & Tyler Argo for grilling the entrees. Elvin Pierce, Darrell Hoffmann and Dan Jakovish brought a fantastic team of Halflinger horses and a show piece carriage to give rides to adults and chldren! What a beautiful sight! Even the baseball game proved to be a winner. The new Dupo Community Park has become a delightful place for locals to celebrate special ocassions. Our "hats off" to Mayor Ronnie Dell and the great Dupo village board - great job! Each Labor Day seems to get bigger and better. This year the weather was terrific, food outstanding, and fellowship lasted late into the afternoon. Fun, food, fellowship, and a festive mood was enjoyed by all!
